At Quantum were experiencing a big increase in demand from our clients, who are among the most prestigious in Denmark. We are currently looking for an Intermediate Contract Manager to join our highly reputable, fast-growing company.

Quantum Project Controls is an ambitious company, working within the construction and pharmaceutical sectors, dedicated to the stable control of project delivery in an emerging area of the consultancy market.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As an Intermediate Contract Manager in Quantum you will be responsible overseeing all aspects of contract negotiations, obligations and implementation and your contributions will play a key role in the projects.

Your days will vary between desktop work, virtual meetings and in-person interactions, while you also from time to time will need to travel to meet the clients or contractors in person. Since the projects we manage  are different by nature your regular working day will be different as well.

In this role you’ll experience a great amount of involvement throughout the project cycle, scooping, planning, coordinating and execution.

Among other things you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying relevant contract terms.
  • Alerting parties to renewals or extensions.
  • Assessing claims received from contractors.
  • Overseeing all aspects of contract negotiations, obligations, and implementation.
  • Advising and supervising the implementation of contracts.

LOCATION

You will be based at our office in Kgs. Lyngby together with the rest of Quantum’s team. Apart from being conveniently connected, this is first and foremost a place where there’s no micromanaging. ABOUT YOU

As our ideal candidate…
  • You have a background in commercial management with focus on contract management. You have 3+ years of experience with contract management.
  • You possess good problem-solving skills, and you work in a detailed-oriented manner.
  • Like us, you must be professional, proactive, and ambitious and constantly striving to be one of the best by developing your skills.
  • As all our projects are of different nature it is crucial that you’re able to cooperate at variating levels in our organization, that you’re empathetic and have a strong collaboration skill.
  • Our projects require a strong communication skill in written/spoken Danish and English and strong skills in MS office, particularly Excel.
