Cost Management: Partner with us from the beginning for precise support with procurement and tender analysis. We’ll run the costs, and find the best quote for you from several vendors, while monitoring the numbers and keeping you up-to-date throughout the project.
We can also help you protect the money you’re investing, managing that risk so you stay on budget and don’t commit more than expected. We will negotiate steadfast contracts in your favour, so you not only get the best price but remain contractually protected from liability if a project runs over due to a fault of the vendor.
Contract Administration: We ensure that all contractual obligations are met, and any changes are properly documented and managed. This includes overseeing contract execution, ensuring compliance with terms, and handling any disputes that may arise.
Change Management: Changes can come from various sources: clients, contractors, designer, external factors… We assess the time, cost, scope and risk impact of proposed changes so that our clients can understand what those changes mean to the project finances and schedule.
