Jonathan’s background in Project Management, Quantity Surveying and International Development allowed him to provide exemplary services in Project Controls and Procurement in the UK, Denmark, and several continents. Over the years, Jonathan has applied his expertise to every stage of construction (from Feasibility through to Handover) in a wide range of sectors – Heavy Civil, Refurbishment, New Build, Infrastructure, Commercial, Retail, Rail, Airports, Residential, Hospitality and Pharmaceuticals.

Jonathan thrives on turning concepts into operable practicalities and as such has specialised in matching international Cost Management practices with the day-to-day standard practices of Danish construction. Having worked on a broad range of projects, Jonathan has honed his skills in implementing Cost Control on a variety of projects in a variety of sectors through determining Cost Control strategies, negotiating contracts, managing project delivery through design and construction and executing budgetary controls. Jonathan’s ability to efficiently manage complex design, procurement and construction processes has been crucial in maintaining the company’s reputation for reliability and quality.

In recent years, Mark has specialised in establishing project control processes for clients within the pharmaceutical sector.
