Though initially only invited to collaborate on the handover of a newly built hotel wing, Quantum was asked to stay with the customer and assist on a few other projects.
With plans to expand the SPA area by adding several new pools, a large terrace, and a bar, the client and contractor have requested Quantum’s assistance with several critical tasks.
Quantum has therefore been tasked with developing comprehensive delivery strategies for these projects and securing agreement from all stakeholders. This involves preparing lease agreements and amendment documentation, including control documents that define the project delivery process.
