Quantum was appointed as client advisor, providing full project and cost management for the complete renovation of the Grand Joanne hotel, which was upgraded from 2 to 4 stars. The project involved refurbishing 160 guestrooms, adding penthouse suites, and revamping public spaces such as the reception, restaurant, and basement areas.

The Challenge
The key challenge was addressing the poor condition of the existing building, which required significant structural repairs. Additionally, the project navigated disruptions from the COVID-19 pandemic and the war in Ukraine.
Quantum's Execution
Quantum’s role included conducting viability studies, establishing the budget, assisting in design selection, and managing contracts and supplier deliveries. They also implemented a handover process, coordinated staff training, and resolved contract claims, ensuring the successful opening of the hotel.
