Construction Project Manager

The Role

As a Construction Project Manager in Quantum, you will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end and your contributions will play a key role in the project.

Your days will vary between desktop work, virtual meetings and in-person interactions, while you also should expect a need to travel to meet the clients or contractors in person. Since the projects we manage are different by nature your regular working day will be different as well.

In this role you’ll experience a great amount of independence throughout the project cycle, scooping, planning, coordinating and execution. You will be responsible for ensuring that the projects are planned, implemented, and delivered in a timely and professional manner simultaneously with coordination between the client and other relevant partners.

You will be based at our office in Kgs. Lyngby together with the rest of Quantum’s team. A place where there’s no micromanaging, understanding for individual’s working practices and respect for you as an individual.

About You

You have an academic background in civil engineering or Construction Management or Project Management. You have minimum 5 years of experience with construction project management.

Like us, you must be professional, proactive, and ambitious and constantly strive to be one of the best by developing your skills.

As you will be managing projects of different nature it is crucial that you’re able to cooperate at varying levels in our organisation, that you’re empathetic and have strong collaboration skills.

Strong written and spoken Danish and English are essential for this role.
