Adam leads commercial and project control functions on complex construction projects across contractor and consultancy environments.

His expertise spans cost management, time scheduling, risk, contract administration and change management, with a strong focus on maintaining alignment between commercial obligations, programme performance and on-site delivery.

Adam has worked across data centres, pharmaceutical facilities, manufacturing and industrial developments, where structured project controls, technical compliance and disciplined decision-making are critical to successful delivery.

Jonathan specialises in aligning international cost management practices with local construction delivery, translating complex commercial requirements into practical, controlled project solutions.

He leads project controls, procurement and commercial management across complex developments, maintaining alignment between cost, risk, procurement strategy and delivery performance throughout the project lifecycle.

With experience across the UK, Denmark and international markets, Jonathan has delivered infrastructure, healthcare, commercial and civil engineering projects from early feasibility through to construction and handover.

He leads the establishment of structured project control processes across procurement, scheduling, commercial management and stakeholder coordination, maintaining alignment between delivery requirements, governance and project performance.

Having managed projects across Scandinavia and the UK through multiple procurement routes, Mark brings strong understanding of the commercial, technical and operational controls required to deliver complex projects successfully.

His expertise spans procurement strategy, claims management, contract negotiation and dispute resolution, maintaining alignment between commercial obligations, project delivery and contractual risk throughout the project lifecycle.

Edward has delivered projects across infrastructure, civil, mechanical and electrical works, bringing strong understanding of the operational and commercial controls required within complex contractual environments.
