Quantum delivers integrated project control for complex construction projects across Scandinavia and the UK. Established in 2020, our approach combines Quantity Surveying, Project Management and structured project controls to maintain visibility across cost, risk and programme performance throughout delivery. We apply international best practices alongside local market understanding, supporting informed decision-making and disciplined project execution from inception to completion.

Rather than treating cost, schedule and risk as separate reporting streams, we assess how each influences the others, enabling earlier intervention, clearer accountability and more informed project decisions.

Our work combines international project control standards with practical understanding of Scandinavian construction delivery, ensuring controls remain aligned with local procurement routes, market conditions and project teams.

Quantum Partners

The business was founded by four industry professionals who recognised that project control in the construction market often lacked consistency, clarity and accountability.

Quantum was established to provide stronger processes, earlier intervention and clearer commercial control, reducing delay, limiting cost escalation and supporting disciplined delivery.

These principles continue to guide the business under the leadership of Jonathan, Mark, Adam and Edward.
