The business was founded by four industry professionals who recognised that project control in the construction market often lacked consistency and clarity.

Stronger processes, earlier intervention and clear accountability improve performance, reduce delays and limit unnecessary cost escalation. These principles continue to guide the business under the leadership of Jonathan, Mark, Adam and Edward, with a clear focus on disciplined delivery and transparent collaboration.

We do not rely on benchmark rates to inform cost decisions. Nor do we support projects entering contractual commitments without a clear understanding of risk exposure.

Early engagement with design and project definition allows detailed analysis to establish the level of control each project requires from the outset. Throughout delivery, we work closely with project teams to manage change, maintain cost certainty and ensure programme integrity.

Our role spans the full lifecycle of a project, providing structured oversight across cost management, procurement, commercial strategy, risk and time scheduling from early design through to completion.
